Privacy

RoLink stores the minimum information needed to provide verification and server-management features. This can include Discord user/server identifiers, linked Roblox user identifiers, usernames, server configuration, binds, dashboard staff permissions, verification history, audit records, and XP/event data configured by a server.

Discord login

The dashboard requests Discord identity and server-list access so it can show servers you are allowed to manage. RoLink does not need your Discord password.

Roblox verification

Roblox OAuth is used to confirm the Roblox account being linked. OAuth client secrets and API keys belong on the server and should never be exposed in browser code.

Self-hosting

In this edition, application data is stored in the SQLite database on the computer hosting RoLink. The person operating that installation controls that database and its backups.
